Stano joins Jaro
It's a sad day to report that a friend and fellow entertainer Stano Radic has passed away. He had a heart attack while driving on Friday night. He had only a month to go before his 50th birthday.
Almost five years ago on July 11, 2000, Stano's best friend (and also a good friend of mine) Jaro Filip passed away of a heart attack as well. Jaro was 51 when he died and was the only real Internet-geek I knew in Slovakia before the Internet started to take off in Europe. Both Stano and Jaro were on my talk show (with Karol Sefcik) called "In the Corner". I was also on their Radio Twist show a few times as well as on Stano's talk show on the now-defunct TV Luna a few years back. Both Stano and Jaro were great guys and we always had a lot of fun together.
