Project: Developing a Digital Content Strategy
The largest textbook publisher in the world, Pearson, was looking to establishing a digital content strategy and make their books more interactive and mobile for the needs of today's students. Pearson had dabbled with interactive eBooks, but didn't know how to migrate their traditional print processes to digital and create compelling digital content.
I came up with a strategy and process for digital content development that integrated with their existing workflow. This included developing proprietary products for specific needs, including a tool to help them build and integrate interactive widgets.
