Project: Collateral Strategy: Sales, Conference and Employee Engagement

The Challenge

Salesforce.com was looking for new ways to engage employees and be environmentally conscious for their upcoming Dreamforce conference. With over 130,000 conference attendees needing a guide to sessions, Salesforce wanted to reduce their paper costs and impact on the environment by producing a digital version. Also, they wanted to create internal materials for employee engagement and product information.

The Results

I created an interactive Dreamforce guide for conference attendees to download, which made their session planning easier with an agenda organizer tool built in.

The Salesforce sales team now uses an interactive collection of case studies I created, which are cross referenced by client, department, platform service, and types of application data—enabling them to be agile in their product presentations.
